How To Be Happy :-
Perhaps it is much easier to survive all kinds of real and imaginary suffering than to be happy. We are so accustomed to the dogma that a person is born to suffer, that we feel inferior, if we are not consumed by mortal longing or at least a hysterical neighbor from a neighboring apartment. To become happy, you have to work hard on yourself, change your ideas about how a woman should feel. Representations that are formed from generation to generation, and strengthened every day.
We simply do not accept the reasons we are so generously given for real happiness. We can refuse promotion, reading that simply we will not cope with such loading. But why would you be appointed if you were not ready for this? Take your improved position and rejoice in him without fear! If you are sent to a significant business trip, on which your further career may depend, you should not be discouraged because home borscht is not cooked for your husband. Otherwise, you will once again complain that in your life there are no changes for the better, while you yourself have abandoned the widest possibilities.
If you made a mistake, if you are doubted, there is no reason to immediately declare everything to them. At work, you need to maintain the reputation of a person who always acts correctly and knows what he is doing. The same goes for privacy. If you, after long hesitations, made the decision to divorce, then you shouldn’t be tormented by doubts and remorse of conscience. All of them should remain until the decision is made, after it - a place only for the sensation of the correctness of their actions.
How often can you hear the commonplace once that everything in life must be questioned. This phrase was spoken by Socrates, and in no way related to the place of a woman in the modern world and her sense of herself as a full-fledged person. One can doubt the structure of the Universe, but constantly questioning one’s life, abilities, and deeds is unacceptable! Otherwise, you just have to forget about such an attractive, but seemingly so distant and impracticable, happiness.
